These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and betfugu ("betfugu," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at betfugu.bio. By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the betfugu platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

One account per player. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) betfugu account. The creation of multiple betfugu accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betfugu employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts.

Account security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betfugu login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). Unauthorised access. Account suspension and closure. betfugu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any betfugu account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity
• Failure to pass identity verification checks
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions

• Court order or regulatory requirement

Upon account closure, betfugu will process any legitimate outstanding balance in accordance with applicable withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of all required verification steps and the absence of any outstanding disputes or investigations.

betfugu accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrencies. The minimum deposit at betfugu is ₱100 via GCash. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed in your betfugu account's cashier section at the time of transaction.

Deposit processing. GCash deposits to betfugu are typically credited within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betfugu platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other automated tools to interact with the betfugu platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other betfugu players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage

• Registering or using a betfugu account on behalf of another person, or allowing any other person to use your betfugu account
• Using the betfugu platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity

• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward betfugu staff or other players
• Attempting to circumvent betfugu's geolocation or identity verification systems

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your betfugu account credentials
• Inaccurate or delayed information displayed on the betfugu platform due to data feed errors from third-party providers
• Any loss arising from your use of the betfugu platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited

Nothing in these Terms shall limit betfugu's liability for death or personal injury caused by betfugu's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
